Kajdut – Terms & Conditions (Client)

1. Introduction
Kajdut is an online platform that connects clients and independent helpers. Kajdut does not provide any services itself; it is only a technology-based marketplace.
2. Definitions
Client: The person who posts the job
Helper: The person who performs the job
Coin: Kajdut’s virtual payment unit (1 Coin = 1 Taka)
Platform: Kajdut app system
3. Account and Registration
➤ (Eligibility)
The user must be capable of entering into a contract under applicable law (usually 18 years of age or older).
If under the age of 18, the app must be used under the supervision of a legal guardian.
➤ Provision of Information and Accuracy
When creating an account, the account must be created with name, phone number and OTP.
Kajdut may request additional verification (e.g. NID/Photo/Live Verification) if necessary.
Providing false, misleading or incomplete information may result in temporary or permanent suspension/cancellation of the account.
➤OTP and Identity Verification
OTP verification is mandatory for registration and login.
It is the user’s responsibility to keep the OTP confidential; it cannot be shared with anyone else.
Creating or misusing multiple accounts by the same person is prohibited.
➤Account Security
The user is solely responsible for the security of his/her account, device and login information.
In case of suspicious login, unauthorized use or loss of device, Kajdut must be informed immediately.
Kajdut may temporarily lock/freeze the account for security reasons if deemed necessary.
➤Acceptable Use
The app may only be used for legitimate and authorized purposes.
Fraud, fake bookings, abuse, or any attempt to circumvent the platform rules is prohibited.
Kajdut may restrict/block sharing of phone numbers, emails, or external contact information in chat.
Attempts to make direct transactions or communicate outside the app will be considered a violation of the Terms.
➤Account Suspension/Termination
Kajdut may suspend/termine an account without prior notice in the following cases:
Breach of Terms or policies
Providing false/untrue information
Fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity
Irregularities related to payments/coins or chargebacks
In this case, Kajdut reserves the right to suspend or forfeit the balance/coins in the account as necessary (in accordance with applicable policies).
➤Data & Privacy
The information provided by the user will be stored and used in accordance with Kajdut’s Privacy Policy.
The data may be used for security, fraud prevention, support, and service improvement.
➤Updates and Changes
Kajdut may change the registration and verification process as necessary.
User’s continued use of the app will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
➤One Account Rule
Only one account is allowed per user.
Creating multiple accounts from the same person or device may be considered fraud and necessary action will be taken.
4. Service Booking and Bidding System
➤ Job Posting
Client will post a request through the app with the type of work, location, date/time, required details and starting price.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate, complete and realistic.
Kajdut may cancel/suspend requests with incomplete/incorrect information or against the policy if necessary.
➤Bidding Process
Authorized helpers will be able to submit bids by proposing a price and schedule (if necessary) for the client’s request within the specified time.
Bidding rules may vary according to the service category (e.g.: in some cases only price, in some cases price + time).
Kajdut does not guarantee the accuracy, fairness or suitability of any particular bid.
➤Bid Visibility & Ranking
Bids displayed to clients may be sorted based on various factors (e.g. PRO subscription, rating, experience, relevance).
PRO Helpers may receive priority for their bids; random rotation may be applied to ensure fairness in the case of multiple PRO Helpers.
Kajdut may change the bid display algorithm/rules at any time.
➤Chat & Negotiation (In-App Communication)
Clients and Helpers can discuss job details, time, and price through the app’s in-built chat.
Sharing personal contact information through chat or attempting to transact outside the app may be prohibited and blocked.
Kajdut may monitor/review chats for security and policy enforcement.
➤Custom Order
After the discussion, the Helper can send a custom order (with final price and terms) to the client.
If the client accepts the custom order, it will be considered a valid contract between both parties.
After acceptance, the job will go to “On-going” status and the specified terms will be effective.
➤Selection & Agreement
The client will select/accept any helper at his own discretion.
Kajdut does not recommend or guarantee any helper; the responsibility for the quality, timeliness and results of the work lies with the respective helper.
The contract is directly between the client and the helper; Kajdut acts only as a technical platform.
➤Validity & Expiry
A job request can be active for a certain period of time (e.g. 12 hours); if not confirmed within the specified time, it may be automatically canceled.
Cancellation/Reschedule policy will apply to accepted orders.
➤Scope Change & Extra Charges
Helper may add additional costs if the scope of work changes; The client will verify and approve it before final payment.
Kajdut is not responsible for unspecified additional demands or delays after the start of the work.
➤Disputes & Support
Any dispute regarding the work/bid/order must be reported to Kajdut Support within the specified time.
Kajdut may mediate, but is not obligated to guarantee the results or provide compensation to any party.
➤Platform Role & Liability
Kajdut is an intermediary technology platform; it is not a service provider.
Kajdut will not be responsible for the activities of the Helper, the quality of the work, delays, damages, or any disputes. However, Kajdut can assist if it wants.
➤Misuse & Enforcement
Fake job posts, spam bids, price manipulation, or attempts to transact outside the app are strictly prohibited.
In case of such activities, Kajdut may suspend/cancel the account, cancel the bid/order, or take other necessary measures.
5. Payment
➤Payment Types
On the Kajdut platform, the client can use the following methods to pay the helper for the work:
Cash Payment
Online Payment (bKash, Nagad, Bank, etc.)
Kajdut Coin (1 Coin = 1 Taka)
The client will select the payment method of his choice while confirming the work.
➤Payment Responsibilities
The client is responsible for paying the full price of the work on time.
The final payment must be made after verifying the price of the work and additional costs (if any).
Cash Payment
In case of cash payment, the client will pay the money directly to the helper.
Kajdut does not verify or control any cash transactions.
Kajdut will not be responsible for any cash-related issues, arrears or fraud.
➤Online Payment
Online payments are made through a third party (bKash, Nagad, Bank).
Kajdut is not responsible for errors, delays or failures of the payment gateway.
Payment will be considered final upon successful completion of the payment (no refunds except for legal obligations).
➤Payment via Coin
Client can pay the Helper using Kajdut Coin.
1 Coin = 1 Taka
Coin is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn by the client in cash.
Payment made via Coin will be considered final.
Extra Charges
Helper may add additional charges (e.g. parts, additional work) during the work.
Client will verify these charges before final payment.
Kajdut will not be responsible for any disputes regarding additional charges.
➤Work Completion and Payment Finalization
In case of online payment and coin payment, the work will be considered completed after the payment is verified by Auto Payment and in case of cash payment, the work will be considered completed after the helper verifies the payment.
After the work is completed, the payment is final and irrevocable.
➤Payment Disputes
Any issues must be reported to Kajdut Support within a specified period.
Kajdut may mediate, but is not obligated to provide a solution.
Refunds are generally not applicable for completed work.
➤Fraud and Abuse
Transactions outside the app are prohibited.
Attempts to evade payments or fraudulent activities may result in account suspension/termination and legal action.
Kajdut may investigate and take action as necessary.
➤Limitation of Liability
Kajdut is only a platform.
Kajdut is not responsible for any losses, disputes, or fraud related to payments between clients and helpers.
6. Coin System
➤Overview
Kajdut Coin is a closed-loop, non-transferable virtual value unit, which is used only for payments within the platform and is in no way legal tender or cash. However, according to Kajdut’s policy, the Coins received by Helpers can be requested for withdrawal to be converted into cash at the specified conversion rate and conditions, which is subject to Kajdut’s approval.

1 Coin = 1 Taka
Coin is not a currency or legal tender
Coin is for use only on the Kajdut platform
➤Purchasing Coins
Users can purchase Coins through bKash, Nagad, Bank or other authorized channels
After purchasing Coins, they will be added to the user’s Wallet
Coin purchases are final and generally non-refundable
➤Usage of Coins
Coins can only be used to pay Helpers
Coins cannot be used for any other purpose
Coins cannot be transferred to other users
➤Coin to Cash Conversion
Clients cannot cash-out or withdraw Coins
Conversion rate will be determined by Kajdut.
Only Helper can request withdrawals to convert the received Coins into cash at the specified conversion rate, which is subject to approval and verification by Kajdut.
➤Non-Refundable Policy
Coins are generally not refundable
If a user mistakenly purchases a Coin, Kajdut is not obligated to refund
In exceptional cases, Kajdut may decide at its own discretion
➤Expiry & Validity
Kajdut may set the expiration date of the Coin if necessary
Coin may be canceled if not used within a specified time
➤Chargeback & Payment Disputes
In the event of a Chargeback or payment reversal, the relevant Coin will be canceled
Kajdut may suspend the account if necessary
Coin may be confiscated in the event of a fraudulent transaction
➤Fraud & Misuse Policy
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Fake transactions
Coin misuse
Taking advantage of using multiple accounts
Fraudulent activities

Cancel the Coin
Cancel/cancel the account
Can take legal action
➤Pricing & Conversion Control
Kajdut may change the price of the Coin, Conversion rate at any time May
Users shall accept updates and use the platform
➤Wallet Errors & System Issues
Kajdut reserves the right to correct any incorrect Coin addition/deduction due to system errors
Users shall not be entitled to any claim on such errors
➤Platform Control
Kajdut may at any time:
Freeze Coin
Deduct Coin
Change Coin policy
➤Limitation of Liability
Kajdut shall bear limited liability for any loss related to Coin
Users shall use Coin at their own risk
➤Termination
Breach of policy may result in Coin forfeiture
Coin may be cancelled upon account closure
7. Work Completed and Additional Charges
➤Scope of Work and Progress
The work will be completed as per the details of the order accepted by the client.
The scope of work may change if unexpected issues, additional work or parts are required during the work.
➤Extra Charges
During the work, the Helper may propose to add additional costs (e.g. parts, materials, extra time/work) as required.
Before adding additional costs, the Helper must clearly mention it through the app.
The Client will verify and agree to the said additional costs before final payment.
No additional costs will be mandatory without the Client’s consent.
➤Completion Confirmation
The Helper may trigger the “Complete” status when the work is completed.
In the case of online payment and coin payment, the work will be considered completed through payment system verification and in the case of cash payment, the work will be considered completed after the Helper verifies the payment.
➤Final Settlement
The total payment after completion of the work will include the basic price and any additional costs allowed.
No claims, changes or objections will generally be accepted after “Complete”, unless there are proven special circumstances.
➤Platform Service Charge
The service charges/commissions set by the Kajdut platform may apply.
The client is obliged to pay the applicable service charges along with the total payment for the work.
Kajdut reserves the right to set, change or update the service charge rate as necessary.
➤Disputes & Liability
Any issues or objections before the work is completed must be reported immediately to Kajdut Support.
Kajdut may provide limited assistance in the event of disputes arising after the work is completed, but is not obliged to pay any compensation.
The ultimate responsibility for the quality of the work, additional costs or implementation lies with the respective Helper; Kajdut acts only as a platform.
➤Abuse Prevention
Kajdut may take necessary action in case of fraud, misrepresentation or unreasonable demands with additional charges.
If the client intentionally delays or refuses payment, his account may be restricted and necessary action may be taken.
8. Cancellation Policy
➤Definitions
Request Stage: Job posted, no order accepted yet
Accepted/Confirmed Stage: Client has accepted the helper’s custom order
On-going Stage: Job started
Completion Stage: “Complete” confirmed
➤Cancel at Request Stage
Client can cancel the job request at any time, if no order has been accepted yet.
No charges will be applicable in this situation.
➤Cancel at Accepted/Confirmed Stage
Client can cancel within a specified time (15 minutes) after accepting the order.
Client cannot cancel after the specified time.
➤Cancellation at On-going Stage
Cancellation by the client after the work has started is generally not allowed.
In special circumstances, you must contact Kajdut support for cancellation.
In this case, partial or full charges may apply, at Kajdut’s discretion.
➤Cancellation by Helper
The Helper may cancel the work for necessary reasons (e.g. emergency, location issue, security risk).
In case of unreasonable or repeated cancellations by the Helper, Kajdut may take action (lowering the rating, limiting the account, etc.).
➤No-show
If the client is not present or is not ready for the work at the scheduled time, it may be considered a cancellation.
In this case, cancellation fees or charges may apply.
➤Repeated Cancellation
If the client or the Helper repeatedly cancels the order, Kajdut may impose restrictions on their account.
If necessary, the account may be suspended or canceled.
➤Platform Rights
Kajdut may cancel, suspend or reschedule any order if it deems necessary.
This decision may be taken in the event of system errors, security issues or policy violations.
9. Refund Policy
In general, all payments are non-refundable. However, in cases of proven problems or exceptional circumstances, a refund may be requested within a specified period (24 hours). Kajdut may approve partial or full refunds at its sole discretion, but Kajdut is not obligated to issue any refunds.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kajdut is a technology-based marketplace platform that connects clients and helpers; Kajdut is not a service provider itself.
Kajdut shall not be liable for the quality, results, timeliness, conduct or any errors of the services provided by the helper.
Kajdut shall not be liable for any damage, accident, theft, financial loss or dispute arising during or after the service. However, Kajdut may assist if it wishes.
The client shall accept the service at his own risk and assess the risk.
11. Indemnity Clause
The user shall bear all claims, losses, expenses or legal liabilities incurred by Kajdut due to his activities, use or violation of the policy and shall fully indemnify Kajdut.
12. Safety & Risk
The client is advised to review the helper’s profile, rating, experience and verification information before making a decision.
It is the responsibility of both the client and the helper to ensure personal safety, asset protection and environmental safety during work.
Necessary precautions must be taken in risky tasks or situations.
Kajdut will not bear full responsibility in case of any untoward incident (accident, injury, damage, etc.).
13. Chat & Communication Policy
Communication must be made through the internal chat system of the Kajdut platform.
Kajdut may monitor, store or review chats for security, fraud prevention and policy enforcement purposes.
Sharing phone numbers, emails, social media links or any other external contact information in chats may be restricted/blocked.
Direct communication or transactions outside the app are strictly prohibited.
Kajdut reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts if this policy is proven to be violated.
14. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Fake or misleading job postings/bookings
Attempts to cheat, manipulate prices or avoid payments
Direct transactions or communications outside the app
Using the platform for illegal, unethical or risky activities
Misbehaving, using abusive language or threatening to helpers or other users
Taking advantage by using multiple accounts
👉 In the case of the above activities, Kajdut may limit, suspend or terminate the account and take necessary action.
15. Reviews & Ratings
The client will provide honest, unbiased and factual reviews after the work is completed.
Fake or misleading reviews may be deleted.
Action may be taken against the relevant account if the review system is abused.
16. Promotions & Offers
All promo codes, discounts or offers are applicable within specific terms and conditions.
Kajdut may change, suspend or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
If misuse or fraudulent use of the promo code is detected, the associated benefit may be revoked.
17. Account Suspension & Termination
Kajdut may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following cases:
Temporarily suspend an account
Permanently terminate an account
If the user:
Violates the Terms or Policies
Engages in fraudulent or suspicious activities
Abuses the payment or coin system
👉 In this case, Kajdut reserves the right to suspend or confiscate the balance/coins in the account.
18. Data & Privacy
User information will be stored securely and used in accordance with Kajdut’s Privacy Policy.
Data may be used to provide support, ensure security, prevent fraud, and improve the quality of services.
Kajdut may share necessary information if required by law or upon the instructions of the authorities.
19. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute will first be resolved through Kajdut Support.
Kajdut may mediate, but is not bound to make a final decision in favor of any party.
If a resolution is not possible, the matter may be settled in accordance with the prevailing laws of Bangladesh.
20. Force Majeure
Kajdut shall not be liable for any disruption of service due to natural disasters, fires, network failures, system errors, government restrictions or any reason beyond Kajdut’s control
21. Platform Control Clause
Kajdut reserves the right to change, update or discontinue the features, rules, algorithms or systems of the platform at any time.
22. Changes & Updates
Kajdut reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The updated Terms will be effective upon publication on the App.
User’s continued use of the App shall be deemed acceptance of the new Terms.
23. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the prevailing laws of Bangladesh and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of Bangladesh.

1. Introduction
Kajdut Helper App is a technology-based online marketplace, which is designed to connect independent Helpers (service providers, Homemaids, Truck drivers) and Clients (service seekers). Through this platform, Helpers can offer their skills and services, and Clients can select the appropriate Helper according to their needs.
Kajdut acts only as a technology platform and intermediary. It does not directly provide any service, does not employ any Helper, and does not directly participate in the implementation of any work.
Every work, transaction, communication and agreement made through the Platform occurs entirely between the respective Helper and the Client. Kajdut provides the necessary technical facilities, tools and systems to make this connection easy, transparent and effective.
Kajdut does not guarantee the skill level, work quality, behavior, or service outcome of any Helper. Users are encouraged to select Helpers and complete the work based on their own consideration, verification and decision.
By using this platform, you acknowledge that Kajdut is an intermediary technical service provider and the primary responsibility for the activities carried out here lies with the respective users.
2. Eligibility
To create an account on the platform and actively provide services as a Kajdut Helper, it is mandatory to meet the following conditions:
Minimum Age:
You must be at least 18 years of age or older. You must ensure that you are legally qualified to work and that the information you provide is accurate.
Providing accurate and verified information:
When creating an account, you must provide your name, phone number, email, identity information, and other required information accurately and truthfully. Kajdut reserves the right to verify your information if necessary. Providing incorrect, misleading, or false information may result in your account being temporarily or permanently suspended (suspended/terminated).
Skills and Experience:
You must have the necessary skills, experience, and ability to complete the work in the type of service you will provide. Kajdut does not guarantee the skills or qualifications of any Helper; therefore, the Helper shall be solely responsible for the quality and responsibilities of his/her work.
Compliance with Laws and Policies:
When working as a Helper, you must comply with local laws, regulations, and applicable Kajdut policies.
Kajdut may re-evaluate your eligibility at any time if it deems necessary and reserves the right to limit or terminate your account if the conditions are not met.
3. Nature of Relationship
All Helpers registered on the Kajdut Helper App work as completely independent service providers. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Kajdut.
No employer-employee relationship:
There is no employment relationship, assignment, control, or supervision between Kajdut and the Helper. The Helper determines his/her own working hours, methods, prices, and acceptable work.
Independent Work Management:
Helper is solely responsible for contacting the client, setting the terms of work, pricing, and completing the work. Kajdut only provides a technical platform to facilitate this connection.
Responsibility for Work Quality and Conduct:
Helper will be fully responsible for the quality of his work, punctuality, safety, and behavior with the client. Helper will be solely responsible for any problems, losses, or disputes that arise during the work.
Income and Tax Liability:
Helper will be solely responsible for any taxes, charges, or legal obligations applicable to his earnings. Kajdut bears no responsibility in this regard.
Kajdut’s Role:
Kajdut is only an intermediary technology platform that connects Helper and Client. Kajdut does not directly control any work and is not responsible for the outcome or quality of the work.
By using this platform, Helper acknowledges that he is working independently and that his relationship with Kajdut is limited only to the use of a technical platform.
4. Account Responsibility
As a Kajdut Helper, you are solely responsible for the security, accuracy, and proper use of your account. It is mandatory to comply with the following terms:
Account Security:
You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account, login information, OTP, and the device used. All activities that occur through your account will be considered your responsibility. If any suspicious activity or unauthorized access is detected, it must be reported to Kajdut immediately.
Providing Accurate Information:
All information provided during account creation and use must be kept accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If you use incorrect, misleading, or fake information (fake profile), Kajdut may suspend/terminate your account temporarily or permanently without prior notice.
Multiple Accounts Prohibited (One Account Policy):
Only one account is allowed for a Helper. Creating, using, or misusing multiple accounts from the same person or device is strictly prohibited and may be considered fraud.
Account Usage Policy (Proper Use):
The account must be used only for legitimate and authorized purposes. Kajdut may take necessary measures in case of violation of the platform rules, fraudulent activities, or misuse.
Kajdut reserves the right to review, limit, lock, or permanently terminate your account at any time in the interests of security or policy protection.
5. Service Responsibility
As a Kajdut Helper, you are fully responsible for all services you provide through the platform. The following points are mandatory:
Quality of work and conduct:
You will be fully responsible for the quality of your work, timeliness, professional conduct, and communication with the client. It is your responsibility to maintain safety, integrity, and responsibility during work.
Completion of work according to the contract:
The work must be completed according to the conditions (price, scope, time, requirements) determined with the client through the app or via chat. Violating the agreed conditions may be considered a violation of the policy.
Liability for Risks, Damages and Accidents:
Any damage, accident, injury, financial loss or any kind of dispute arising during or as a result of the work shall be the sole responsibility of the respective Helper.
Additional Work and Costs:
If the scope of work changes, the client must obtain the express consent of the client before adding additional costs. Unauthorized charges or misleading claims are prohibited.
Compliance with Laws and Safety:
Work must be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, safety rules and local regulations. Necessary precautions must be taken in case of risky work.
Kajdut’s Liability Limitation:
Kajdut acts only as a technical platform and does not directly provide any services. Therefore, Kajdut does not accept any responsibility for the quality of the work, results, delays, damages, accidents or any disputes. However, Kajdut may provide limited assistance if necessary.
By using this platform, you acknowledge that all responsibilities and risks related to the provision of services lie with you.
6. Payments & Earnings
As a Kajdut Helper, you can receive earnings through the platform in various ways. The following terms and policies apply:
6.1 Payment Methods
On the Kajdut platform, Helpers can receive payments in the following ways:
Kajdut Coin System (In-app payment)
Online Payment (bKash, Nagad, Bank etc.)
Cash Payment (Direct from Client)
Client will select the payment method of their choice while making the payment.
6.2 Coin System
Kajdut Coin is an internal virtual balance system, which is used only within the platform.
1 Coin = 1 BDT (Kajdut may change if necessary)
Client can pay Helper using Coin
Helper can convert received Coin according to the specified conditions and request withdrawal
Coin to cash conversion is subject to Kajdut’s approval and verification
Coin is non-transferable and only applicable to Kajdut platform
6.3 Wallet Balance
Money received through online payment will be added to Helper’s Wallet balance.
Helper can request withdrawal from Wallet in the specified method
Kajdut’s specified rules, processing time and charges will apply in case of withdrawal
6.4 Cash Payment
In case of cash payment, Client will pay money directly to Helper.
Kajdut does not verify, control or guarantee any cash transaction
Kajdut is not responsible for any cash disputes, arrears or fraud
6.5 Payment Responsibility & Disclaimer
Helper shall be fully responsible for the payments received, earnings and related transactions
Kajdut does not guarantee any payment completion, collection or recovery
Kajdut does not act as a bank, financial institution or escrow service and does not hold users’ funds
Kajdut is not responsible for any issues, delays or failures related to third-party payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, Bank)
Kajdut acts only as a technical platform, where payments are completed between Helper and Client
👉 All financial responsibility lies with the respective users
6.6 Commission & Service Charge Handling
The prescribed commission and service charge will be applicable for the use of the Kajdut platform. The applicable rates are set out in Section 8 (Commission & Fees).
Helper agrees that paying Kajdut’s specified commission and service charges is a binding obligation, and failure to pay it will be considered a breach of the Terms.
In the case of Cash Payment:
Kajdut’s commission and Client’s service charges will be applied to the total payment received from the Client.
Helper shall be obliged to pay Kajdut the said commission and service charges on the specified day of each week (every Sunday).
In the case of Online Payment / Coin Payment:
Kajdut shall automatically deduct
Commission
Applicable Service Charge
from the payment received by Helper and add the remaining amount to Helper’s Wallet or Coin balance.
Helper’s Responsibility:
Helper shall be obliged to pay all commissions and charges applicable to his/her income on time.
Non-Payment:
In case of failure to pay commission or charges, Kajdut:
May adjust Wallet/Coin balance
May limit account
May suspend or terminate account if necessary
May take legal action if necessary
Kajdut reserves the right to change commission and charge rates at any time.
7. Withdrawal Policy
As a Kajdut Helper, you can request to withdraw your earnings according to the specified conditions.
Withdraw Request
Helper can submit a request to withdraw a specified amount of money from Coin balance or Wallet balance through the app.
Processing Time
Kajdut will generally try to process the payout within 24–72 hours. However, the time may vary depending on the situation.
Minimum Withdrawal Limit
Kajdut may set a minimum withdrawal limit if necessary.
Charges & Fees
The following charges may apply to withdrawals:
Processing fee (৳7 per transaction)
Pending commission or service charge adjustment
Verification & Approval
Kajdut may verify or review the withdrawal request as necessary before processing it. In case of suspicious activity, the request may be suspended or canceled.
Payment Method & Accuracy
Helper is responsible for providing the correct payment method and account details. Kajdut is not responsible if the payment fails due to incorrect information.
Limitation of Liability
Kajdut is not responsible for any failed, delayed or reversed transaction, if it is:
Incorrect information
Banking issue
Payment gateway issue
Network or system error
Third-party delay
Kajdut only acts as a technical medium to facilitate the withdrawal process.
8. Commission & Fees
Specific charges will be applicable on the Helper’s earnings for using the Kajdut platform:
Service Commission:
Kajdut will take a fixed commission (10%) on the total job price.
Subscription Fee (Optional):
A subscription fee may be applicable to receive premium benefits (profile boost, priority visibility, pro badge etc.)
Withdrawal Fee:
A fixed processing fee (৳9) will be applicable for each withdrawal request
Other Charges:
Payment gateway charge, banking fee or other charges may be added as required
Kajdut reserves the right to change or update these fees at any time. By continuing to use the platform, the Helper will be deemed to have accepted these charges.
9. Safety & Risk
While working as a Helper:
It is the Helper’s responsibility to ensure their own and the Client’s safety
Proper precautions must be taken when performing risky tasks (electric, gas, heavy lifting etc.)
Kajdut is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or damage
Helper will complete the work at their own risk
10. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the platform as a Kajdut Helper. Kajdut may take necessary disciplinary action if these policies are violated:
Fraud/Scam:
Any type of fraudulent activity, false claims, providing false information or misleading the user is strictly prohibited.
Fake or misleading bids:
Bids cannot be placed for unreasonable, misleading or fraudulent purposes. Deliberately misleading the client with incorrect prices or information is prohibited.
Client Harassment:
Discourteous behavior, abusive language, threats, or any form of harassment towards clients is strictly prohibited.
Circumventing Platform:
Attempting to communicate or transact directly outside the Kajdut platform, or taking steps to avoid platform fees/commissions is strictly prohibited.
If evidence of such activity is found, the account will be terminated without prior notice and any funds in the wallet will be held and forfeited.
Illegal Activities:
The platform may not be used for any illegal, unethical, or risky activity.
Multi-Account and Abuse:
Taking advantage of multiple accounts, abusing the system, or violating the platform rules is prohibited.
👉 If any of the above policies are proven to be violated, Kajdut may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the Helper’s account without prior notice and may take additional measures as necessary (e.g. earning hold, coin/balance freeze).
11. Ratings & Reviews
After the work is completed on the Kajdut platform, Clients will be able to provide ratings and reviews to the Helper, which will help future users make decisions.
Rating and Review System:
Clients will be able to provide ratings and written reviews to the Helper based on the quality of work, behavior, punctuality, and overall experience.
Honest and factual opinions:
All reviews must be honest, unbiased, and based on real experience. Providing fake, misleading, or purposeful reviews is discouraged.
Impact of Reviews:
A Helper’s ratings and reviews may affect future job opportunities, profile visibility, and position on the platform.
👉 If abuse or manipulation of the review system is proven, Kajdut may take necessary action against the relevant account.
12. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding any work, payment, or behavior on the Kajdut platform, both parties (Helper and Client) will first attempt to resolve it amicably.
Kajdut’s Role:
If necessary, Kajdut can provide assistance as a neutral mediator, such as verifying information, reviewing chat/order history, and listening to both parties.
Final Liability:
All services, contracts, and transactions are concluded directly between the Helper and the Client. Therefore, the final responsibility for any dispute lies with the parties involved.
Limitation of Liability:
Kajdut will not be liable for any financial loss, work quality issues, delays, damages, or personal disputes under any circumstances.
Limitation of Resolution:
Kajdut can assist, but is not obligated to ensure a specific outcome or provide compensation.
👉 It is the responsibility of both parties to preserve the necessary evidence (chats, orders, photos, etc.) in the event of a dispute.
13. Limitation of Liability
Kajdut is a technology-based marketplace platform that only connects Clients and Helpers. Kajdut does not provide any services itself and is not responsible for any results related to the services.
No Service Guarantee:
Kajdut does not provide any guarantee regarding the quality, security, timeliness or results of any service.
Third-Party Actions:
Kajdut will not be responsible for any matter related to the conduct, activities, decisions or agreements of the Helper or Client.
Loss or Damage:
Kajdut will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss/damage (such as: financial loss, property damage, personal injury, delay or dissatisfaction).
User Responsibility:
Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk. Both the Helper and the Client will make appropriate checks and decisions before starting work.
👉 Kajdut may try to provide maximum assistance, but is not obligated to accept legal or financial liability under any circumstances.
14. Suspension & Termination
Kajdut reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Helper’s account at any time to protect the security, policies, and interests of the platform.
Accounts may be terminated without prior notice in the following cases:
Policy Violation:
Breach of Terms, policies, or platform rules
Fraud or Suspicious Activity:
Fraud, false information, payment irregularities, or suspicious transactions
Negative Behavior:
Misbehavior, abusive language, threats, or unethical behavior towards clients or other users
Platform Misuse:
Attempting to make transactions or communicate directly outside the app, avoiding rules, or abusing the system
Repeated Issues:
Repeated order cancellations, poor ratings, or failure to maintain service standards
👉 In such cases, Kajdut may:
Temporarily restrict or suspend the account
Permanently terminate the account
Suspend or confiscate the balance/coins in the account
Kajdut is completely independent in making such decisions and is not obligated to pay any compensation.
15. Changes to Terms
Kajdut may update the Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App shall be deemed to have been accepted as the updated terms.
16. Indemnity
Helper agrees that if any claim, loss, expense or legal liability arises against Kajdut due to its activities, services, violation of the policies or use, Helper will bear it at its own risk and will fully indemnify Kajdut.
17. Force Majeure
Kajdut will not be liable if the service is disrupted due to natural disasters, network failures, system errors, government restrictions or any reason beyond the control of Kajdut.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the prevailing laws of Bangladesh and any dispute shall be subject to the relevant courts of Bangladesh.
